Our rabbitry wasn't built overnight.

Every rabbit in our herd has been carefully hand-selected from respected breeders throughout the United States. Years of research, travel, planning, and significant investment have gone into building a herd with the health, temperament, structure, and qualities we want to pass on to future generations.

But great rabbits don't stop with great genetics.

What truly shapes our program is everything that happens after those rabbits come home.

Every day, we invest time into handling, observing, socializing, and learning each rabbit's individual personality.

We don't simply raise rabbits.

We prepare them for family life.

Raised Like Family

Our babies aren't picked up for a few minutes each day and then put back into a cage.

They're raised as part of our family's everyday life.

They receive daily interaction, supervised exploration, enrichment, cuddles, and gentle handling from both adults and children.

My five-year-old especially loves spending time with our babies. She cuddles them, carries them (always supervised), and helps them become comfortable around children from a young age.

They also experience normal household sounds, routines, and other family pets, allowing them to grow into curious, confident rabbits that view people as something positive.

While every rabbit has its own unique personality, we intentionally give every baby the best possible start through consistent socialization and positive daily experiences.

Our babies remain with their mother until they're ready to go home at eight weeks of age.

They continue nursing, learning rabbit social skills, and developing naturally alongside their littermates.

They also begin learning litter box habits before they leave us, helping make the transition into their new homes smoother.

We believe these early weeks matter, and we never rush them.

Education Creates Lifelong Homes

At CT Binky Boppers, we believe education is one of the most important tools we have to keep rabbits out of shelters.

Whether you're bringing home your first rabbit or adding to your bunny family, we want you to feel confident and prepared.

We take the time to educate our families about proper housing, nutrition, enrichment, behavior, bonding, litter training, health, and everything in between because informed owners make better decisions—and better decisions create happier rabbits and lifelong homes.

Our commitment to education begins before adoption and continues long after your bunny comes home.

We also understand that not every family is the right fit for a rabbit—and that's okay.

If we don't feel a rabbit is the right fit for someone's situation, we'll always be honest, even if that means declining a sale.

Life, however, doesn't always go as planned.

If circumstances ever change and you're no longer able to care for one of our rabbits, our commitment doesn't end there.

Every CT Binky Boppers rabbit has a home with us for life.

We'll always welcome one of our rabbits back—regardless of age and with absolutely no judgment—or help find them a safe, loving new home.

One thing I always wished more breeders offered was communication.

When you reserve one of our babies, you aren't simply placed on a waiting list until pickup day.

We love sending updates, pictures, and videos while your bunny grows because we know how exciting that wait can be.

By the time adoption day arrives, many families already feel connected to the little one they've been waiting for.
